We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date your order is shipped. We will replace,issue credit on merchandise returned in unused condition.

Shipping,Returns & replacements

We send products via NZ Couriers and NZ Post. Shipping is calculated at time of checkout, If you think the pricing is excessive please call to comfirm. Pickup of orders is available, we are located in Ashburton.

Orders (paid by credit card) will be shiped same day or next business day and in most orders will be over night service tracking numbers will be sent to you when order has been shiped

orders (paid by direct credit) will be shiped the day funds show in our account .

Pick up and cash payments welcome by appointment only.

Any item you purchase from us may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in re-sellable condition, or is defective in either material or workmanship (subject to our inspection). We do not offer warranty on Batteries.

If the return is a result of a manufacturer’s defect or our error, we will gladly make arrangements for return at our expense. Returns that are not the result of a manufacturer’s defect or error by RC Innovations it must be returned at your expense. All return shipments must be prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. returns. Enclose one copy of the invoice in the package. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

Backorders

Backorders seldom happen; our site is designed to prevent them from occurring in most cases.

We might hold your order for up to 14 business days to allow backordered items to arrive.  We will contact you .

If we expect the backordered items to arrive here after 3 business days we will ship all in-stock items. We will ship the backordered items when they arrive at no additional cost to you. We will notify you of this on your invoice. You can cancel the backordered items and request a refund any time before they ship by sending us an email.

If we do not expect to receive the backordered items within 30 business days we will delete them from your order and send you a credit for them. 

You can reorder the items when they are again in stock.

Damaged Shipments

Check your order upon arrival. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact RC Innovations about any damage within 3 calendar days of receipt.

The information we collect about you when you join RC Innovations is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. RC Innovations do not guarantee complete security on stored information, however, we have implemented many security policies and conditions to help protect your confidential information.

We will happly remove all your account and all details from our system
